Girls always have an attitude like they are miserable working there, I can’t recall a time I was greeted nicely. They’re lucky they have good juices and açaí bowls.

Love this chain, the highest-quality juice and acai bowl shop, very fresh and healthy ingredients in a clean setting. Everything I have tried from their extensive menu is delicious. Majority of staff is great, very prompt and professional. Highly recommend this place.

I usually don't have any motivation to write a review but that changed suddenly.
Today, was my very first visit to this lovely juice bar! I wasn't sure what to expect, however, my expectations were exceeded. The first thing I always pay attention to is how a staff member treats a customer. Luckily, I came when Brianna was working! She was so friendly! She greeted me as I walked in, she was patient with me as this was my first time, and she kept a beautiful smile on her face! I will most definitely be back just because I can sense compassion within the company! Thank you Nékter for hiring Brianna she is such a lovely person inside and out!

Early mornings are ruff, I get it, the smile must be there fer sure, I appreciate the friendly welcome every time I walk in the smile helps with the greeting and looks like it’s something that lives in this location, the drinks are expensive but what else should we expect life is expensive and so is good vegetables and fruits, I’m satisfied with my greenie and toxin flush .. keep up the good work

Found hard substance in granola on a bowl that were extremely hard. Too hard to chew. Too hard break. Not sure what it is, but I don't think it is eatible. Very hard on the teeth.

The juice is great, the wait time, and customer service is mediocre at best. When you're the only person in line and you pay $8.25 for a juice you expect friendly and prompt service. Only one person working when I walked in, she acted like she hated her job, very robotic, no smile, and zero personality. Several people walk in after me same cashier takes their order. Finally, two more people come out of the back and start making the drinks. Two customers get their drinks before I do. After 10 minutes I got up to inquire about my juice, a different girl says they were still working on it. She calls me right back up and hands me my juice. Wait time was ridiculous. Like I said, the product is great, but how about some basic customer service skills?

The drinks are delicious I always recommend them to friends but I feel like the customer service needs a bit of improvement on some of the workers. They have a bit of an attitude and are not that welcoming.

You never have Charcoal water. I recommended you to a friend... he went on his lunch and still no Charcoal water. wasted trip for him. If something is popular... order more.
kevin keyser, we use locally grown produce when available, and although we are not 100% organic, we do get organic produce seasonally. We carry certified organic açaí, pitaya, cacao and hemp seed granola year round! Hope to see you again soon!
