Everything is great, especially the Rancho cucamonga location. My only suggestion is do not use frozen/still thawing fruit for the toppings. Its not enjoyable biting into a half frozen strawberry slice.

Customer service Lacks greatly on several occasions I have noticed minor issues this weeks issue took the cake, online order made item missing drove all the way back to get missing Item no apology they threw the item on the counter and continued to work on what they were working on. I am a business owner and know that my employees are direct reflection on me so therefore this must be from the top down. Corrections must be made as this is unacceptable
