The system used by the store was having some technical issues but the cashier handled it very well. Although it wasn’t her fault, she was very apologetic. She was professional the entire time. She communicated well with her fellow employee about the issue and worked quickly to try to resolve it. The other female employee working during the time was also very professional. She worked quickly on orders. I would recommend this store to others for their employees professionalism and friendliness; the stores cleanliness; the quick service, and the accurate orders.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I have referred many of my healthcare colleagues and friends over the years. First time ordering a five day classic cleanse. It wasn’t available for a same day pick up so I ordered it for the next available, 1/1/22 @ 12:45PM. It wasn’t available to order from my regular store, which is the Upland location. I drove to the Rancho Cucamonga location to pick up my preordered classic cleanse only to find out they did not have my name or order. It was very frustrating having to drive far and not have your order available. Luckily, they “happened” to have only 5 classic cleanse bags left in stock for same day sale. So they gave those to me. Maybe an explanation as to why I wasn’t able to order it in my location, would be nice. Not sure what else could be done to make my experience at the Rancho Cucamonga location better.
