It was my first time ever at a Nekter, the staff was extremely friendly the smoothie I got was delicious, the place was clean and quiet. I will def be going back again it’s a vibe and all healthy!!

I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Also, I ordered two smoothies on the app for pickup and when I arrived they weren’t ready, which was fine, so I sat down and waited. I saw one of the girls put two drinks in the cooler, but no one ever called the names out or asked me what I was waiting for. I was the only person inside besides a family that had already received their drinks. It wasn’t busy, so there shouldn’t have been an issue with the two employees there giving great customer service.

I've always passed by the shop every now and then when i would do my shopping. I finally went in one day and the smell that hits you once you open the door is hypnotizing! I purchased PB&J bowl and i fell in love! I have only recently started buying the smoothies and detox drinks and I'm so upset i didn't try one sooner. The customer service was great and they are so fast in making all of the orders they get. The biggest reason i went in though is because everything is made fresh. I have not had a bad experience at all and will keep going back.

Okay. Smoothies have too much banana it over powers the other fruits.

I was there right before closing for a discounted smoothie. Well, I got a bigger size because I was told he made too much, but after tasting it I realized it was completely watery! It was not even smoothie consistency at all! It literally was sugared up coconut water. I don't like being lied to and I paid for garbage. Will I return to redlands....probably not.

The banana berry smoothie could use less liquid very watery. The bowls were perfect. Ty

As I walked in I was greeted in a spirit of friendliness by a bright server, and the chocolate peanut butter smoothie she prepared was splendid.

I love Nekter, and the the AB Health Nut smoothie with extra whey protein. I love that I can order ahead of time too. My only complaint is the location. It is very hard to find parking, so I don’t go often.

I love getting smoothies or bowls from your store because the order is always correct, ready on time, and the staff is super friendly
