Estimated time to make 2 smoothies via online order was 20 min. Upon arrival to the shop, it didn’t seem crowded to warrant that time frame. Quality of smoothies is generally good—if not on the sweeter end. It would be nice to be able to adjust sweetness level. Pricepoint is also higher than average so it’s not arwasilg accessible to all.

My smoothie was due to be complete by 9:15am and I arrived early and it was already complete and waiting for me. I really appreciate the efficiency and I love Nekter smoothies!

I ordered on the app, walked in to pick up my order all within 5-10 mins! The staff were so kind, happy and helpful. Oh and btw… it was 100 degrees out and the most refreshing smoothie I think I’ve ever had.

Every time we visit the Redlands store, everything is always on point. The flavor of our drinks, smoothies or bowls are was delicious and refreshing. The staff is friendly and the store has a nice vibe.

Smoothie was amazing and my drink was ready on arrival (I did an app order). The women behind the counter were nice and attentive and grabbed my drink quickly despite being busy making other orders.

Came around the end of day, employees did not greet me or the customer coming to pick up her order the male just said “name?” While standing at the cash register doing nothing. We were the only two customers so it wasn’t rush hour, seemed like he was mad we came in an hour before closing. Also he did not follow food safety protocols by washing his hands before putting on gloves. He pretty much contaminated the gloves with his hands before using them then proceeded to help make smoothies grabbing hand fulls of blueberries so now they’re all contaminated. Won’t be visiting this location again guess I’ll have to try riverside.

As always, great customer service and fresh and delicious smoothies.

I appreciate the smoothies thickness and consistency. Also, it’s blended just right. Allows me to enjoy the cocoa nibs inside. Thank you.

I walked in and my smoothie was ready on time which was great! The associate was kind and I was greeted upon walking in!

Showed employee a reward coupon. They didn’t process it & charged me regular price. It took 35 minutes for 2 items (1 bowl & 1 smoothie). I love the items nektar sells but the poor customer service & long wait times make me go elsewhere

Over the last few months I've become a huge fan of Nekter protein smoothies. The Redlands location is a nice walk from my office, so I enjoy getting out and having a healthy smoothie!

Literally the best smoothie bowl i’ve ever had, give the worker a raise asap. 😗
