The gentleman that greeted me was friendly and had great customer service. The person that made my drink had it spilling over and the lid wasn’t on. She kind of just threw it down towards me. I had to clean it up and put the lid on. Not ideal for a quick pick up. Also, it is one of the new drinks, but it was really chewy! I was expecting the cocoa nibs to but a bit of a crunch, but I had to eat my smoothie instead of drink it. Not sure if it was how it was made or if it’s supposed to be that chewy. I’ve never experienced that before. A total Put off. I’m not sure that I’d be back.

Girls that work there are always welcoming and friendly. App is easy to use in order with. It's very nice to always receive coupons and offers. Like that you received a free drink with sign up with the app. Smoothies are consistently good. I like that they are healthy without additives.

I love coming to this location, service is always great and staff is so kind. Drinks, smoothies and bowls are always excellent too.

Amazing. Great tasting. Got a customized smoothie: coconut water, blueberries, strawberries pineapple and spinach.

Such friendly staff, answers all questions and is patient with me. The fruit and add-on selections are so healthy too. I enjoy the smoothie the most. I eat them any time of year.

The smoothie wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but that’s my own problem I suppose lol. I’m used to a lot of sugar in things and this one was clearly scaled back on the sugar. Overall I liked it.

I love Nekter and I love the Redlands location! I come after my workouts 2-3 days a week and usually order online and my drink is ready by the time I arrive. The staff here is extremely friendly and sweet and always greet you! Nekter definitely is my favorite juice/ smoothie spot… everything is so delicious!

This is one the few places I eat at that I have no guilt in my diet. So delicious too. You can a day's worth of fruit and veggies in one juice or smoothie.

I loved that even though I ordered in advance and then had trouble parking that they put my smoothie in the freezer for me so it wasn't melted by the time I finally got in. Greatly appreciated!

Love the Redlands location and staff. I am there just about everyday for a special order protein smoothie. My order is always correct and ready when I arrive! Thank you Redlands staff!

I placed an online order and when I arrived I was told it was still being worked on. I sat down to wait and continued to wait after a few other customers received their order. After waiting almost 15 in total since arriving I went up to ask about the status of my order, since it was now past the time in my app to pick it up. When I went up to the counter to ask both of my drinks had been put into the freezer and I have no idea how long they'd been done for since no one ever called my name or told me. When I told them I'd been waiting I was told I should've reminded them or told them about my order. Which I already had done when I checked in and was told it was still being worked on. There were four people inside when I arrived. And two were enjoying their drinks, and two received theirs while I continued to wait. They weren't that busy unless it was a lot of online orders but still, the service could've been better. Also one smoothie was so chunky that I had to reblend it once I got home. Love your products, but service needs some work with speed, accuracy and paying attention.
