great product, one of the best acai bowls ive had. love all the smoothie options and the additions you can add in. great service and love the online ordering, always able to walk right in and my order is ready to go.

App was easy to use and order was ready as estimated. I got a açaí bowl with a split top with peanut butter which is our go to but this time it had a salty taste. Almost like carrots and celery were blended in the previous order and not thoroughly cleaned out. Which was a bummer because we were really looking forward to this sweet treat. The açaí base also looked a lot lighter than it normally is. Not sure what happened tonight

I was not able to redeem an offer on line even though I clicked on the button. Cancelled that item but would have like to take advantage of the offer of 1/2 of second item. Overall good experience.

This particular location needs a new juice machine, and some new blenders. They are always breaking down in the middle of the employees preparing the customers juices. Employees are constantly having to stop unplug them, clean them, and then plug it back in the socket.

Walked in to get a drink, all the lights were off and chairs on top of tables, floors wet with no signs, instead of being greeted, whoever worked the register today just told me they close in 6 minutes and that they were only making smoothies and that if I ordered it would take very long because there were a lot of online orders. As she was telling me this another customer walked in behind me and said she was told they were closing in 2 minutes only 10 minutes before I walked in. Management might wanna consider employees that don’t make up their own rules and scare away regulars.

My experience at Nekter on Redlands is always great. I love this place. My order is always ready when I pick at estimated time. Sydney is wonderful.

Everything was great.

I’ve always loved Nekter because it offers healthier juice/smoothie options. But the service at this Nekter is consistently bad. The employees seem disorganized and uncaring about their customers experience. The mobile orders are treated like an after thought and a common response is “we’re busy.” I worked in food service and when you work somewhere that makes smoothies, that answer doesn’t excuse waiting 30 minutes for a smoothie with 3-4 ingredients. Probably will be trying out other options. So disappointing.
