I ordered a chocolate peanut butter smoothie and it basically had no chocolate. I order it all the time and it was not how it was supposed to be. I asked and they just told me “oh they changed the chocolate powder”…

My recent visit with Nekter was good. I noticed they were short staffed at my location last time I went. If there were more people working, I am sure orders would be able to be completed faster and it would help alleviate the crowd of customers.

I was never greeted. I have picked up from the location many times and today was the worst experience. I walked in and I went directly to the pick up area. The cashier was dealing with a customer and someone was making an order. When the person was done making the order she just called out the name sat that order down on fbe counter and didn't acknowledge me at all. Didn't ask if I was picking up or did I need help. Finally the cashier finished with the customer she was dealing with and got my order but I was very close to requesting a refund

I was missing my bowls and I called they didn’t answer after the third time they said they couldn’t do anything because I it was delivery. I order through the Nekter app even email consumer serivice and nothing.

I ordered online and got to the store in about 5 mins , when I got to the store my was already prepared. The cashier was nice and the food was delicious.

My order is always ready when I arrive and I never have to wait. While everyone always has a pleasant greeting upon my arrival, special appreciation goes to Pilar for always greeting me by name with a smile and a perfectly prepared bowl. 💕

Order was ready when I got there and made correctly! Great pickup orders every time.
