I believe it was The manager on duty who helped answer my questions and concerns. I ordered a smoothie bowl for someone who has an allergy. She was a huge help and very kind. I love Nekter for myself and customer service was great! I just can’t risk ordering anything else for my family member who has a severe food allergy to peanuts and nuts. But I will keep ordering for myself. Thank you!

All of the workers there are great and work extremely hard, but owners must NOT care about cleanliness OR quality. Cleaning regulations are way too lax-- they don't use sanitizer for the dishes! The floors are always really sticky and the bathroom is generally untidy. And the fruit/veg isn't even organic or local. Better to just go to Central Market and buy your own smoothie ingredients.
The smoothie that I ordered was made really well, and the workers helped me get my online order quickly.

My smoothie was perfect and ready on time. Everything I ordered was ready when I arrived and the woman at the counter was extremely friendly and quick to get my order. The store is always very clean as well. I wouldn't get my smoothies or bowls anywhere else!
