There is anew crew which seems less experienced. When I arrived 8min after placing online order, the staff was in the back. No one up front so they had seen my order. In the past my order would have been ready on arrival.

Açaí bowl was not ready. They hadn’t started when we arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. On a time crunch in the morning so no time to eat it now. I know it’s hard to find folks right now and people are hurting so I have some grace

I will not be patronizing this place again - I watched the staff handing food to juice and then stop to ring up new customers not bothering to take off their disposable gloves to ring up new orders, handle money (which is the dirtiest), touching the register and then go straight back to handling food wearing the same gloves.....absolutely unacceptable!!!
