I put an online order in and when I got to the store for pickup 15 mins later the two workers were sitting at a table chatting and hadn’t even begun making my order. The convenience factor of online ordering was my main motivation and waiting an additional 10 mins in store was very discouraging. No other customers were present, so the order not being ready was simply negligence on the employees part. Food was great, service was not.

Once again, the Southlake location does not disappoint! (Other Nekter locations do not always measure up to the quality found at this particular Southlake location.)
The Southlake store consistently offers fast, efficient service, and they create awesome products. Our açaí bowls were fabulous — the fruit on top was perfectly ripe, and the consistency of the bowl was creamy.
