It’s never consistent. The girl who was working this morning was alone, her co-worker(s) never showed up. This exact same thing has happened to me two other times I’ve put in an order for pickup in the mornings. The girl who actually showed up for work is busting her butt getting my order and others done. The other girl usually walks in around 8:15 looking like she just woke up and threw on a flannel.
My pickup order is never ready on time because the other girl doesn’t show up on time. Meaning I am late to a board meeting every time I order from here.
The girl who is always on time should get all the tips and deserves a raise for providing good service despite her disadvantage of working alone OFTEN. She never complains, she just apologizes for my order not being ready on time and works hard to get it done.

It was my first time at this location I normally go to Colleyville store it was nice clean and the guy who waited on me was very nice I asked him a few questions and he was very knowledgeable I live in grapevine so I’m in between the two locations but I will definitely come back I do like the inside of Southlake store better 😀

Update: February 2023 - I’m always so glad to come here. Customer service is awesome. Everything I have ever ordered has been amazing. This place helped me feel like myself after 2 days I’d eating horribly! Ginger, elderberry, and turmeric shots stopped the itchy ears and sneezing within a few minutes if drinking and lasted 7 hours. You really can’t beat this experience.
July 2022 - I placed my order via the app. It was super quick and easy. I picked it up at the location in Southlake. Everything was delicious! The person helping me with my order was super sweet. I will definitely come back again. The only thing you can do better is to open one in Louisiana!!!!
