Ordered greenie online at 10:28am and said it would be ready at 10:43. I walked in at 10:45 and waited a minute to get acknowledgement that was I was standing there. I was the only customer in the place then after being acknowledged was told my greenie would be another 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I got the drink and nobody had wiped it off and it was dripping green liquid everywhere. I took a napkin to clean off the counter and the cup. That should have been done before I received it. Over the last few months at this location I’ve noticed a slip in service. I’ve been coming to this location for over 2 years and up to the last few months have experienced great service. But over the last few months have noticed a slippage. Seems like drinks are never ready when app says they will be. Would love for this place to get back to where it was a few months ago in quality of service. Hopeful!
