I ordered my drink online and arrived a few minutes before my drink was ready. I asked about my order and she said it was ould take a few minutes. I waited another 15" and asked again. She pulled it out of the freezer and said she thought someone else took my drink by mistake. Why didn't call me when the second one was ready, I don't know. You need to hire older staff who can admit when something goes wrong and fix it. If I had not asked about who know how long I would have had to sit there. Not going back anytime soon...
