I don’t know if they were having just an off day or what, but expect to wait about 45 minutes for a singular smoothie here. They had an average amount of people in the store waiting for their orders (I wouldn’t even say busy), and it seriously took about 10 minutes at best to make each order, working in slow motion. They also were taking Doordash orders which they prioritized over the in-store orders as well which did not help. The guy taking our order was also extremely rude!!! Extremely disappointed.
I ordered on the app and my smoothie was ready even before my projected time!! Love Nektar, especially the Southlake location :)

I ordered a bowl with extra bananas that I paid 1.60 for. The order came with the normal amount of bananas. I removed green apples, so I figured the extra bananas would go there.

I usually place online orders for smoothie bowls at this location. My favorite is the acai mango bowl. I always walk in and pickup in store. The team always has my order ready and I don't have to wait.
