Nekter Juice Bar - Dallas

Juice bar wouldn’t serve me during closing time today. I was in the store and they refused to service me even though I entered before they were closed. Bad customer service. Snooty, big girl was the worst. Too expensive anyways - don’t patronize

I liked it but thought it might be a bit costly.

This place is alright specially if you are used to get good smoothies or juices else where at a local place or something similar but it gets the job done if you are in need of a juice store. They have 3 different sizes which is nice. I would give a solid 3 1/2 if I could. I still have to try the rest of the menu.

I drink Nekter smoothies every single day! Your store is out of the way for me, but to treat myself each week I order from your store because each time my smoothie is next level 😋 delicious and most importantly your staff is warm, inviting, amicable, available, kind, attentive - all in all amazing. Specifically Charlie! I just called today abt an order I had messed up the previous day and he kindly, calmly, and respectfully spent 5 minutes going step by step with me. As silly as it sounds, I get extremely anxious when dealing with similar situations. So I was pleasantly surprised when Charlie took the time to calmly select the store I wanted, time, and went as far as to telling me who I was going to pick it up from; as he knew all the names of all the employees. Wow! . Charlie’s grace has inspired my own patience and mindfulness when dealing with “difficult/undesirable clients/situations” of my own. Because of his small act of kindness and his empathetic brilliance, I will now allow myself 2 snider plaza Nekter days 😜. Thank you! Amazing customer service.

Today I went to your store in Dallas at Snyder Plaza to purchase a 3-day cleanse. When I asked for the 3-day, the person working the register gave me a one-day pack. I said I wanted a 3-day and she said I drink the 6 juices over 3 days, two each day and eat light food. When I said, I thought you drank only juices for the day and didn't eat any food, she said, no, you don't want to drink only juice. It was loud and at times I had to yell or lean in to hear her. I asked for the 3-day, she said the 3-day cleanse lasted for three weeks, and the one-day was actually for three days. This made no sense. Why call something 1-day that last 3-days etc. I asked for materials on the cleanse and the store had no materials. When I asked her to explain what she meant by only eating light food, she said you know, foods that pair well with the juices. What does that mean? I came home with a 1-day pack and went online and your website which says to drink all 6 in 1-day, which counters what your staff at the Snyder Plaza store said. Will you explain what is correct? Do I need to buy two more days of juice for the 3-day cleanse? If 1-day is actually for 3 days, what do I eat with it?

Love this place!

Politely asked them to change a mistake in size on an order for my kid.They acknowledge their mistake but did not correct it. Guess we aren't coming here for our morning routine.

The only downside is never enough parking. But that's not the fault of the place. It is just what it is when you are in a village of Great Places with Awesome people.

Busy but delicious. Good bowls and smoothies. 10/10 would devour again. Acai Banana berry bowl is like healthy ice cream

Awful experience! Ordered before 3-4 customers and still haven’t gotten my ordered. Lost my ticket, waited over 15 minutes and still got my ordered wrong.

Nekter is part of a chain. The ingredients were very fresh in my seasonal pumpkin bowl. They had Nice selection of different kinds of bowls. The reason this is 4 stars and not five is because the granola is not as tasty as I’ve had at some other places. It just tasted bland and there wasn’t very much of it. Their prepackaged drinks were quite tasty. I got a chocolate and a berry and liked both. The day I was in they were buy one get one free because the drinks were close to the expiration date. I’m not sure how often that happens but it was certainly a great deal. I would definitely go back, but I might see if there is another kind of granola to try.

I wish there was one of these on every corner

First visit. I had placed an online order to pick up which somehow got misplaced. They were very apologetic and completed my order quickly so I had very little wait. The staff were so friendly and polite.
