I was told my expected delivery time was 11:17, already 20 mins past that. No tracking provided for my order, so now I have to call the store to figure out whats going on. Delivery is supposed to stress-free, now it is stressful

Everyone at the store is great! However, I think you need to update your POS software. When I order my smoothie and ask to add blueberries and strawberries on the app, it is included. When I order it at the store, they try to charge me $1.00 for each. It's not a deal breaker, but it is somewhat annoying when I try to redeem a smoothie from the rewards program.
