Overall experience was good this time. Our smoothie was made as we walked in the door, so timely, but not ready prior. The flavor was not normal. Not sure if it was because he was rushing to complete since I walked in, or if the recipe changed. It was not exactly the same flavor as normal.

There are several things I genuinely love about this nekter. I’m always greeted nicely when I walk in. The quality of my items are consistently excellent and I appreciate how clean they keep everything in front and behind the counter. The only thing is the parking can be a bit annoying but that’s not their fault.

I ordered online before the store opened and knowing the expectation time when I arrived so I arrived at exactly the time when it will get done. When I arrived it wasn't completed or even started so I canceled my order. When I tried to cancel online an informed text saying I needed to contact which I did in person to be sure to credit my account and I need a receipt. He says he will but can't give me a receipt only the app or an email will be sending my receipt. If I don't receive a receipt I will go back and request my receipt
