Great. But would still like to redeem my rewards when I order from home on the app or my computer without having to redeem in the store.

I have commented before. The same male employee made my juices with his mask down around his chin. I won't be able to drink the juice because it could have his stupid Covid germs. I have a handicapped child to care for and cannot afford to be sick. Please make sure your employees wear their masks, over their nose and mouth while handling our food!!

I ordered online and arrived 30 minutes later. The staff said she didn’t have my order and I would have to wait because she was busy. She rudely asked for my confirmation and insinuated that I hadn’t ordered. I said do you need me to go out to the car and get my phone. She said either that or reorder. What??? I went to my car and got my phone to show her. When I arrived back in the store she pushed my order at me and said I found it there you go….. no apology for being rude or inferring it was my fault. I think she just didn’t look for my order. So rude and certainly not customer service oriented

I am unable to redeem my rewards using my app. The people at the Aliso Viejo store acknowledged the issue and said I needed to order from my phone in the store to redeem rewards. Up until 4 weeks ago or so, I was able to order from home on the app and my laptop and redeem my rewards. This seems like a glitch that needs to be fixed by I T people? Whole reason I use the app is to order in advance and just pick up my drink at the store.
