App order, it was ready on time, but there was only one person working, so I felt bad for her and all the other people waiting to order while she had to deal with making all the app and walk in orders, plus dealing with ringing people up. She was so positive and friendly despite being solo!

I indicated in my order to add blueberries. It didn’t come with blueberries. I didn’t notice until I got in car. Didn’t go back in to tell the employee that order was missing it. She was only one working.

Unfortunately, I rate my experience based on today. There’s one person working with 6+ drinks to make and my online order is 15 minutes past the due time. I hope I don’t charge, if I do, I will come into the store to resolve the issue.

There was only one young woman working, no other customers waiting and even after seeing me arrive she did not come to serve me but rather began to prepare another order. After about 5 minutes I was able to get her attention and had to ask her if my order was ready as promised online. She then proceeded to get it out of the fridge, did not greet me, merely went back to her work. Product is great at Nekter but customer service at the Aliso store needs much help!
