I ordered online and when I got to the store I also bought a couple bottles of juice. I told the person working, as I bought the juice, that I was also waiting for an online order. She asked my name and checked the tickets but didn’t say anything. I actually saw them finally make my order and proceed to put it in the fridge. They didn’t call a name and the one that asked my name didn’t check. I had to ask if it was my order. This was almost 20 minutes after online finish time.

I placed an online order. When I arrived to the store and went to the pick up area, the employee didn't actually say anything or acknowledge me. Just looked at me... I told them my name and he just walked away. I think there should be more verbal interaction.

This is the second time that I have not been greeted when I walked in. It felt like I was interrupting the women in the back who appeared to be starting an order. There were no other customers in the store and both times my orders were placed on line. It would be a better experience if I were greeted with a hello and a smile.
