The general manager and her staff have done an amazing job of providing excellent customer service and care! Coco was did the impossible when my juice cleanse wasn’t ready. She brought it all the way to Irvine and I deeply appreciate her And her management style. Please give her a raise and recognize her for all the care she puts into her customers and her staff.

I have been a Nekter customer for years. The quality of juices, smoothies, and bowls are superior to other juice bars.

Great customer service. The drink was separated water on the bottom and juice on top. Normally its mixed together. I wish you could customize more on the app if you want extra ginger or light beets instead of just regular amounts always.

Good customer service! I was greeted immediately and my juice was ready. Juice tasted great. Store looked busy. This was my best experience at this location because usually it’s hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks take 25 minutes and other times I get an attitude when I ask for ice even when it was ordered online with ice. Today’s service was fast and perfect. I wish it was always like this. Good employees!!

The App which I placed my drink order through was great and the juices made were a lot better tasting than I had thought it would be. Before purchasing your drinks I used to make my own juices. Although the price for the 24oz make your own juice is pretty high and the wait time is decently long (around 10 min) but other than that Nekter is pretty good.

I ordered a juice paid extra for pineapple and they DID NOT add pineapple. You can’t even ask for a another juice since you have to take a sip to find out they made your juice the wrong way.

I was greeted upon arrival and my online order was ready right when I walked in. Great customer service and the juice and acai bowl tasted great.

Workers were nice and fast. However both items I ordered, which are items I have ordered many times from many locations, did not taste like they usually did. Açaí bowl was bland, flavorless, and missing what tasted like the protein. Juice tasted like it was missing any citrus too.

The bowls were texture of a juice.. there was no thickness or frozen texture. Also the bowl was not as full as i have experienced in other nekters. There was about an inch of room at the top.
