I ordered online and when I got to the store I also bought a couple bottles of juice. I told the person working, as I bought the juice, that I was also waiting for an online order. She asked my name and checked the tickets but didn’t say anything. I actually saw them finally make my order and proceed to put it in the fridge. They didn’t call a name and the one that asked my name didn’t check. I had to ask if it was my order. This was almost 20 minutes after online finish time.

I had an issue with my order being ready, had to come back the next day, it still wasn’t ready even though the female who was working the nd day was there the day prior. BUT Shane was quick to work, informing me that some of my juices were sold the day before - why they weren’t set aside knowing I would be coming is beyond me. Shane took many steps to rectify the situation & communicated w/ me the whole time. He deserves to be in charge if he is not already. Thank you Shane - I hope u get recognition! -Sam

Usually I have a great experience but today I did not. Apparently the juicer was down and no one told me until I got to the store to pick up my order. I went out of my way to pre order my juice and went to pick it up only to find it not there. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I will still come back in the future because I love Nekter and love your store!

Staff leaves customers untreated for extended periods of time and looks like we’re a burden to them. Every time I come in here, I’ve placed an order for pickup and it’s at least 5-10 min after my pickup time… the staff don’t greet or help they just keep making juices even though mine is in the back ready. Note: there is no customer in front of me. I would understand if they were speaking to someone. They’re not

I’ve written this comment before. The product is great, speed is great, but it’s transactional service. Today 2 associates were in the back when I walked in. They walked to the front when they saw me, I said hello and I had an order to pick up. One of the associates asked for my name. The other associate walked to the register to take the order for a couple that walked in behind me. The associate assisting me walked around to the back counter, grabbed my juice, handed to me and said “here you go.” And I left. I’m not sure what level of service Nekter is expecting for customers to confirm. What does a “10” level service look like?

I've ordered this juice before and this time it was not made well at all. It was very grainy and I was choking drinking it. It also wasn't as tasty. I observed the person constantly stiring my cup as well. I was pretty disappointed as I had to throw it away.

I DoorDash a smoothie bc I was sick in bed with the flu. The drink that arrives is just plain orange juice. Looks nothing like the picture and is not a smoothie at all. Tried to call and see what happened & the number doesn’t work. Never will I order from here again. Thanks for my $16 orange juice.

Love it but wish you opened at 7:00am so I could grab a juice before going to work.

I will only recommend the mission viejo location, they have the perfect texture and amount, the aliso viejo one is an absolute no for me, they don’t know how to do acai bowls.. that’s a juice with toppings
