I went in to pick up an order for my boss. I check in tell them the name and also order a smoothie because the online order said it would not be ready until 4:52. I got there at 4:39. They call out the name for the online order and present me with one juice. The order is for three 4 smoothie bowls and and 3 smoothies. I let the girl know and she tells me it will be a minute. It is a fairly large order so i wait for about 30 min and call my boss to check what time she placed the order she had ordered at 4:24 so i got up again and its 5:19 almost a full hour. When i get up there they start pulling everything out of the freezer. Meaning the order was done and no one told me. I was sitting on to the left of the counter for the past 45 minutes. I ask if it had been done for a while and was told “no we literally just made them. We just got super slammed”. So either it had been done and sitting in the freezer for a while as I suspect or they had just finished it and decided not to tell me??? Either way i leave and get back to work and guess what they forgot my GMs smoothie. Of all the people of course it was my GM. Needless to say do not waste your time here. On top of that they dont even have a working phone number to call so when we wanted to pick up the missing smoothie we couldn’t even contact someone

Recently several bowls have only been filled up halfway which is frustrating when I pay approx $10-$13 per bowl. Today my bowl was once again only filled up about halfway

Ordered my meal at 3:06pm and estimated wait time was 20 minutes. Arrived at location 3:30pm and had to wait until 3:57pm to receive order. Not a big deal but since I got an email just now asking me how my service was I’ll tell you. Will probably go back in the future.

The courts are nicely maintained, and the facilities are clean. The staff was a bit irritable, but that was alright, we had fun anyway.
My bowl wasn’t filled up like it usually is. Overall, I love the quality of the food & the healthy options.

I order through the app and it’s not ready at the time it says.. usually 15 minutes. App is not efficient as you have to be in the store to redeem points it you lose them. Counter- productive.
