I love Nekter because it offers a healthy choice (no added sugar) and convenience (order in advance via app). The employees are young, motivated and responsible people who are all very polite. Here is what Nekter needs to improve:
1) app needs to be faster and simpler. The guided options selection is awkward. You can save favorites, but I’d prefer the Nekter Team build me some favorites. You can actually order a bowl that the employees cannot build—happened to my wife.
2) advertise that the açaí has no added sugar. This is a big deal.

The buy one get 50 off a 2nd bowl offer didn’t work when I ordered online and as directed. They forgot my coconut flakes that I ordered and paid for on my bowl (happens often). Other than that I love Nekter.

I submitted an online order so I may grab and go, however when I showed up. It was mentioned that they couldn’t find my order. The staff was nice and helpful but won’t be ordering online since there is a glitch or an inefficient system in place.
