Love the ease of ordering online via the app - don't love that there is no notification telling me the order is ready but it was there when I arrived. Minimal interactions with staff - just gave my name and the items were handed to me (loose, no bag or offer of bagging it).

I ordered ahead using the app around 2:45. It said it would be ready by 3:02. We got to the store around 3:03-3:05. The 2 workers were in the back dancing when we entered. My ordered was not started. My friend ordered a smoothie once one of the workers came to the register. After taking his order she proceeded to pull about 5 tickets from the register. My friend received his smoothie before my order was completed. Not good, considering I ordered 20 minutes earlier.

Our bowls always taste excellent , the açaí is always tasty and fruits are fresh and delicious!

Customer service, smoothie and Ginger shot were great. The only think if I need to pick something would be to remove the toilet ring in the woman’s bathroom. I’ll come off very easily with a pumice stone 😉
