Ordered a drink to be ready at 4:15, when I got in to pick it up the staff members worked on another order before addressing me & when they did she stated they haven’t started it yet. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead.

Tall redhead girl who took my "health nut" order, if you don't like to work that's okay don't work. With a grumpy face you made the worst drink ever, all I had in my healthnut was peanut flavor and lot of ice. 13$+ 1.20$ tip for nothing. Never coming here again

It's always a pleasant experience. The employees are always courteous and the product always great. On this occasion they had apparently run out of NEKTER cups, they were panda express cups I believe. No big deal.
