The drink was ready and tasted great

Order was ready on time (mobile order). Associate working counter was super friendly. Sometimes, this site isn't always punctual with mobile orders, especially on busy days, but today was not the case. A+++

Wish there was a place for notes on the app. Overall consistency is the main challenge The smoothies are often not blended enough for my daughter. Have to go in or call to follow up which defeats the point of online ordering. Ordered a large juice and had so much ginger could not drink with this order.

It went well but this is the third time at this location I’ve ended up with ginger In my celery juice when I’ve purchased just celery juice. It is frustrating and I’ve commented about this before and it keeps being a problem. Thanks for your time and I hope this can be remedied. Lisa

consistently good! and fyi, the sendero shop is way better than the ladera ranch shop. i’ll drive out of my way to go to the sendero shop because i know my order will always be perfect.

I thought I ordered a dragon fruit bowl and accidentally clicked smoothie. I told them when I got there and they made me the bowl which was great. I again paid on the spot for the bowl and was told I would be credited for the smoothie. I got charged for both.

This is the best Nekter location of many we frequent. The staff is friendly and efficient snd orders are always timely. And the drink orders consistently taste like they should - no variation. Awesome group!

Usually this store is quicker than most but it was sloooooow today.
