When I ordered an açaí bowl online. I came in 15 minutes later and they didn’t even receive an order. I had the right location but they just never got it.

Your telephone app is, in a word, terrible. It is not intuitive. I cannot delete outdated favorites and the favorited I do have do not work - e.g. if I have to pick a boost, even though I did on one of my "favorites", I can not order the favorite because I must pick the identical boost again so I have to input the whole order anew. Also, as "hip" as Nekter is, I am very surprised customers cannot pay in store via their telephone. I like your product and concept but it is so hard to reconcile a terrible phone app and the inability to purchase in store with a phone

Please modernize your cash registers to accept tap pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Most of us don't carry credit cards or cash anymore. 😔
