Most of the time my orders are online, then pickup at Nekter. The smoothies are always ready to go, service is frienluy, and the smoothies arre delicious. So far my favs are Date Nut AB, and Pumpkin. Yum,

I love your smoothies. I believe your acai bowls could be tastier if you added more options like cinnamon, cacao powder, chocolate granola, chia pudding....forgive me but many of my friends prefer blue bowl....you may want to see their menu of options.

Stephanie and her team are amazing! I love to put cinnamon in my smoothie and there is currently no option to do so on the mobile app. But Stephanie and her team remember my order and always go the extra mile for me. Thank you!!!

The employees are getting better with their customer service practices.
The price is a bit much for the product. Any more and I’ll be more motivated to make my own smoothies daily rather than just very often.
Defaulting to a $2 tip is presumptuous especially since the employee is not providing any table service. A few extra steps is always necessary to modify it to $1. I add $1-$5 or more every now and then on the rare instance of excellent customer service.

Got orders wrong, take too long for a simple smoothie. Too backed up at times, poor time management.
