Service was quick but I felt the cashier that handed me my items was not nice and seemed bothered. Also my friend’s and my drink were not completely filled but were missing like an inch from the top. Which kinda bothered me because this is not a cheap smoothie place and it never comes out like that at other locations I’ve visited. Overall I would not visit this location again, mostly because I didn’t feel welcomed.

Meh….the staff still are not wearing masks and wouldn’t recommend as those around would be concerned, I placed the online order ahead of time and upon arrival the staff was missing the drink and both looked in the bag and wasn’t communicative that it was missing…after she ran around looking for the drink advised she’d make it and then when ready she did say sorry but I didn’t even care for the apology it’s just the lack of customer service so I’m not sure if the tips even matter. The product itself is always great it’s the lack of customer service that makes me wish there was another Nekter close by where the experience was more friendly vs the lackluster stare as you walk in, no greeting hi or bye. Again if it was not for the quality of the product I wouldn’t even come.

The person serving me did not wear a mask and did not have one on him. This happened with another server last week. I am a regular customer. The law is that face masks are to warn indoors at least until January 15. I know several people who are currently ill. I have lost family members recently. I will not be returning.

Staff wasn’t too friendly, truly transactional, and masks weren’t worn by staff, maybe it’s due to it being New Year’s Eve.
I would hope this remains anonymous as I don’t want any surprises in my next order. Thank you!
