It was fantastic. The workers were attentive and polite. Plus my mobile order was ready and made correctly. This location is by far my favorite. There are two other locations that are the absolute worse. I will drive the extra couple of miles just to be sure my order is made correctly and that I get great customer service.

I love Nektar and order online all of the time. I call after to verify my order because I have an allergy to bananas and it’s often missed. I requested no banana on top or inside & I pay extra for berries on top even though I am skipping bananas so I should get a substitution for free. (And I politely request blueberries). I am in a wheelchair from an emergency craniotomy so I send someone in to pick up the order. It’s almost always wrong. I did get the allergy correct today, but I got strawberries instead of blueberries. It’s fine, but for a $16 bowl plus tip, it really should be correct.
