THe employee who made my bowl was very friendly.

Ordered an acai bowl, kept getting extremely hard bits in it. It seems like the date pits were blended into it. It would have been delicious but I couldn't enjoy it because every bite I would hurt my teeth.

Good visit as usual however I received two bowls and only ordered one (didn't notice until I got home). Also, did the Acai Superfood bowl recipe change? What I received had peanut butter and no apple (I subbed green for red). Thanks

We ordered delivery via App. The delivery did not come on time but about 10 min later confirmed it was all completed and delivered-however, nothing had arrived!! So, I called the Harbor View store and was told they couldn’t do anything because they don’t deliver directly. I asked if the delivery was via Door Dash and was told “yes”. Then store told me to contact customer service via Nekter app. and couldn’t provide any info. I went thru app support to email customer service because calling corporate revealed they were not open on weekends for phone. About a half hour later and very late from original app delivery, LYFT shows up with order. He said he never delivers food but just picked it up and came straight to us. So, store didn’t know who delivers? And/or didn’t check if my order was still there when I called? In the end one of the four bowls was completely wrong- ordered “Acai-Mango” but there was absolutely no mango, no coconut and the Açaí was not good it was wrong/old color, and looked like it also had a little bit of peanut butter, which was not requested in that bowl. Very poor experience overall and a waste of good money with a lot of aggravation.

Great customer service! Love the bowls- trying the cleanse. Donovan was very helpful and nice.

Bowl was a bit light on fruit

I love Nektar and order online all of the time. I call after to verify my order because I have an allergy to bananas and it’s often missed. I requested no banana on top or inside & I pay extra for berries on top even though I am skipping bananas so I should get a substitution for free. (And I politely request blueberries). I am in a wheelchair from an emergency craniotomy so I send someone in to pick up the order. It’s almost always wrong. I did get the allergy correct today, but I got strawberries instead of blueberries. It’s fine, but for a $16 bowl plus tip, it really should be correct.

My order was ready when I showed up and the bowl tasted as I expected.
