I ordered 3 smoothies this day on my prep I ran to grab them (I am a teacher). Upon arrival, they gave me my smoothie, and only gave me one. Once I alerted the worker she was not happy that she had to go back and fulfill my order requiring her to make 2 more smoothies. Oh well maybe she was having a bad day!

My smoothie bowls came back watery and slushy-like. I was then told that b/c I didn’t want one fruit in my bowl, it was replaced with ice. If I wanted to add/replace one fruit for another, I might be charged extra for certain fruit. I’ve gotten the same bowl for the past 6 months and never had an issue. Not sure if processes are changing but please stop.

I love to get my juice at Necter but the quality has not been consistent.
I always order the toxin flush and sometimes it is ridiculously sweet as if it is all apple juice and I can't taste other ingredients. Sometimes there is no ginger added. I would like to see more consistency in the recipe.
