I was disappointed by the quality of the ingredients.
I paid nearly $12 for a single smoothie, and what I got was not worth that AT ALL. The fruit was completely tasteless, and the smoothie did not taste fresh over-all.

This was my first experience with a Juice Cleanse. It was interesting. Not in a bad way, just interesting. I’m surprised it actually helped maintain my blood sugar from a diabetic perspective. The first day it didn’t raise my numbers at all. The Second day, Right after I drank one, it would raise my sugars a little. But they came right back down. I have one of those CGM’s, so it showed everything on the graph. I’ll have to do it again one day.

I'm not sure if the recipe changed, but the last two time I've gotten the Peanut Butter smoothie have been poor. Too much banana, not enough PB.

I love Nektar and appreciate a plant base option for my life style. The past three visits I've noticed my bowls are about half full including my toppings. Did something change. They use to look full to the brim like the photos but not anymore.
