I'm doing the 5-Day Cleanse. I ordered online, and everything was ready for pickup when I went in. I was greeted warmly by the staff. And the juices are delicious and surprisingly filling. Everything's been fantastic. Thank you!

Ordered online and pickup was at 7:29, I went into the store at 7:27 just to be early and there was also people in line, finally got my drink at 7:48. I understand that they were busy, but people who ordered in the normal line when I got there got their drinks before me, which I didn’t understand.

I came in after ordering online and didn’t know where to pick up. Stood at the register for almost 5 minuets and nobody said a word to me. I moved over to the side to ask one of the blonde girls where I can find my order and she walked away. Turned back to the front and there was another woman at the register who was both greeted in and helped immediately. I don’t know if it’s racism or no customer service training but I’m done with this location. Every time I come in it’s something new and it’s annoying how this is the only location somewhat close to me.
Please train your employees instead of just hiring any teenager that applies.
