There were 5 employees working when I walked in to pick up. I went and stood at the pick up area. Two different employees sat something down/moved around at the counter in front of me and no one acknowledged me. Even a quick, "Hi, we'll be right with you". I could see my smoothie sitting there so I finally leaned over and looked at the receipt myself and took my smoothie.
