My experience today was a total 180 turn from what I normally receive. Usually when I order online and pick up in store my order is on time if not early. My order was 15 minutes later than indicated. It took a while to be greeted when normally the staff is right on it immediately. I feel discouraged by this experience. It leaves me only hoping they included all the boosts and protein I asked for b/c as I was watching her make the juice it didn’t seem like she was including them.
Overall just not a good feeling or experience.so bad that normally I wouldn’t write anything but people are going to stop coming if this continues.
