The app was not working so I was charged and never given my drink, told they can't do anything about it. She did offer to make the drink but I would need to pay, again. They gave me customer service number to call and I left a message, no one returned my call. :(

Did not address me when I came up to the pick up window. One employee was chatting on cell phone in customer area (did not immediately know it was employee) , another behind counter was diligently preparing orders but did not acknowledge me. Once employee got off phone came behind counter and asked if I had an order. I said the name for the order and she went to retrieve and instead of bringing to me at the pick up window simply walked over to the ordering counter and set my order down. I walked over and picked it up and left. Strange interaction.

We love the quality of the food and service from nekter, it is pricy (although competitively in line with market prices) so we can only treat ourselves once in a while but it's worth it every time.
