Placed a pick up order. Unfriendly staff. Went directly to the pick up line, one girl taking orders and another girl in the back doing nothing and completing ignoring me. Finally got my order and they left it just sitting out there so my açaí bowl was basically a smoothie in a bowl.

The last couple times I’ve come the store seems really understaffed and the team not super happy. I did a mobile order and got here when it was supposed to be ready and they are just so busy w walk ins too. I think they need more help.
