Absolutley HORRIBLE, I will never come back to this location again. When I called and spoke to Maddie who claimed to be the Manager on Duty about my pumpkin mousse chia parfait missing the goji berries we paid to have added on top she said they don’t have them and we weren’t charged. I told her that’s not true I’m looking right at it on my mobile order, also you didn’t bother including a spoon and there is an inch of empty space between the top of the parfait and the cup. That’s not what’s shown in the pictures and I’ve never received one like this at any other location I’ve gone to. Maddie’s response to me is the pictures are fake and that’s how it comes sorry. I told her I want a call from the actual Store Manager or the District Manager and she told me I’m not a priority and that wouldn’t be happening and then hung up on me. I frequent Nekter often but after this it’s definitely given me second thoughts about the company but I would absolutley stay FAR away from this location and Maddie.
