We love Nekter but order today did not include peanut butter on top of the 2 acia bowls I ordered. We were charged extra for it. Disappointing.

I love Nekter! Every time I have ever visited the customer service is amazing! All of the drinks there are great too! I really enjoy my day a little bit more whenever I get the chance to come in!

I have been coming here after yoga instead of Starbucks. Toxin Flush with an added ginger shot always helps me recover. My other favorite is the Berry Chia Parfait. The pretty girls at the front are always so fast and efficient. Keep up the great work!!

This is by far the best nekter. The staff is amazing, it’s always clean, they decorate for holidays, and the drinks are always fresh. They’re doing something very right. I recommend the toxin flush for anyone new to juices. You won’t regret it.

Hours are wrong. They are posted as being open until 8:00 pm every day. I went at 7:21 pm. There was someone inside, but the store was closed and locked. No hours are posted on the door.

I absolutely love going to all other Nekter locations. I did not, however, love my experience at THIS location. I ordered online and arrived to pick up my order. When I walked up to the counter, the young girl that greeted me was pleasant enough, but after I gave her the name for my order, she walked up to the counter with my bag in hand, set it on the countertop and said, “There’s that for ya,” then turned around the opposite direction and walked back toward the other girls and started conversing with them. No “thanks, have a nice day” or anything. Maybe my 15% tip was simply not enough to elicit common courtesy. I remember a time when a tip was something a server earned, was NEVER offered in advance of service, and was not expected by employees at literally every establishment that a person walked into. But, I’m only assuming that a 15% tip might be the reason I had the experience that I did, because I received no other interaction than the brief encounter that took place. It seems to be a pretty common thing these days with younger employees.

This Nekter location is by far the best in Phoenix!!! The staff is so awesome! The manager, Melissa, is a rockstar!! She makes the best health nut smoothies. Mmm nuts. I’m the healthiest nut. But Melissa is NOT a nut. She’s awesome. - you’re friendly neighborhood squirrel
