I had placed an order for a corner and a bowl. The bowl was not ready when I arrived. I was told they weren’t sure about the bowl order since it was paired with a cleanse order. If someone had a question, they could have contacted me prior instead of making me wait in store. I’m perfectly capable of ordering food two days prior to when I plan to eat it….

This issue was with the App. Placed and order and was charged. Time was 30 minutes. Could not cancel or have the employee just make the order and it was not busy, 2 people in the store.

I ordered with no bananas inside or no bananas on top because I’m allergic. It did have bananas on top which I was able to remove but the other two servings didn't have peanut butter on top as ordered. You guys always do a great job.
