While my juice drink was good. Every table was empty and dirty and the men's bathroom was disgusting. All of the staff was hanging in the back.

After ordering clenses they did not ship to the store as requested. At first there were only 2. Then finally 5 days later we got the clenses with the incorrect juices. While not quick to respond when the order was first messed up the store manager and franchise supervisor did help us get everything sorted. We did appreciate the honest of the employees and did end up loving their product. We do hope that next time our experience will be much smoother.

HANDS DOWN BEST SERVICE I’VE EVER GOT!
I don’t write reviews but michel the GM was the most nice kind & polite worker I’ve ever meet with such a positive attitude. So when I came to the store I wanted to try something I’ve never had before so I asked her if she suggested anything & verbatim she excitedly told me if I’d like to try the x caliber!? I didn’t see it on the menu & got it anyways but it was hands down the best decision I’ve made all week... and I just got married lol but I can tell the rest of her store follows in her footsteps as well as they should keep up the great work.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. IM VERY SERIOUS. NOT ONLY WAS I GIVEN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. i am a very patient person and it takes a lot to tick me off but these people are some of the most unprofessional employees ive seen anywhere. the smoothies and smoothie bowls are WAY overpriced. theres a grocery store in the same damn parking lot, so i highly suggest you just BUY THE INGREDIENTS FOR YOUR SMOOTHIE OR SMOOTHIE BOWL AND SUPPORT A BUSINESS WITH A UNION INSTEAD OF LETTING THESE UP AND COMING CAPITALISTS TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR B.S.
