Very clean location with plenty of parking outside. It wasn't too busy, and I like how they use fresh ingredients. The smoothie I got wasn't overly sugarly and I like how it wasn't filled with a lot of crushed ice. It tasted natural and I felt good after drinking it.
Inside the store, there's plenty of tables to sit at. The person working the counter was friendly and welcoming.
The app isn't working. It told me the order was placed. And when I got there. The worker didn't have confirmation that my order was placed.

The online ordering platform is constantly not working. Menu items do not show up or orders are “completed” online and then not delivered to the store.

When I arrived to pick up, I was told that the online orders weren’t coming through. They apologized and said they would make my order right away. I was the only customer in the store. Then one girl made my smoothie slowly while chit-chatting with another girl about non-work related things. I was a little irritated that they wouldn’t just take a few minutes to focus on getting my order done quickly since I was expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Chit-chat can wait. If you are going to apologize that the online orders aren’t working, show you are sincere by putting the customer first

I tried to call this location for 30 minutes with only getting a busy signal. I made the staff aware and their response was "Our phone didn't ring". The online order machine will not print out either. This location needs management! And some maintenance.
