Everytime I order in app and go to pick it up they do not have it and say oh we didn’t get it. I call to make sure they have it and the phone rings and rings. This location needs to turn OFF online ordering if it doesn’t work

This is the last time i order from this location. The past few online orders were not done after 30minutes! The employees never check to see if there are online orders until i get there. I literally watched them grab the ticket n say they didn’t receive it or “its being made now”. Totally unacceptable being that i order online for a reason, because i dont have time to wait. This is the slowest location with the rudest employees. I will not be ordering from there again. Completely unsatisfactory. Ive sent a survey before with no follow up from your company so this will be the last survey i do as well.
