I ordered via the app to pick up & when I arrived, the staff did not have the registers turned on so they did not see my order until I actually arrived. Otherwise the service was fine.
Another man came in to find out the juicer is broken.

The service was good. My complaint about this store is that the employees could definitely dress more appropriately. Skimpy tops with bare midriffs and shorts (more like underwear) so short that you can see the bottoms of the girls cheeks is just really not appropriate attire when working in a place serving the public.
Also, the phone for this store has not worked in several months so it's impossible to call in an order.

I was sad to realize you weren't open before 8am, it would have been really convenient to stop and get my order on my way to work. But all of the staff I have encountered have been very nice and helpful with any questions I have.

I placed an online order through the app and needed to change the pick-up time. I could not get the call to go through to the location, I called over 15 times. I will end up driving there when I can leave work to pick up my order but hopefully, they will remake my order since the phone line doesn't work and the app doesn't allow you to cancel it.

How this place doesn’t have a perfect score is crazy! They knew us and our order after only a few days, were so nice and helpful in explaining ingredients, and clearly love what they’re doing! Go here!
