Lady was not very friendly who gave me my order. They left off the drizzle and I asked about it and she quickly said something and walked away.
The staff working yesterday were wonderful. Today not so much :(

I ordered (with a BOGO coupon) 2 bowls on the mobile app. I got there & only one was ready. With very little communication from the employee, she looked at me & I let her know I had “2 bowls, and that I only had one in the bag”…she just stared at me like it was my fault and I was wrong. I pointed to the receipt and she then left to get the other employee to ask her. The whole situation was pretty unprofessional and as a customer, I felt like I did something wrong…when in fact I didn’t.
