Great service & great smoothies

I love Nekter. The staff at this location are excellent. The only thing I would prefer is that the bowls were not so juicy. They are almost soup like in consistency.

I know it’s a hard business to run But 4 times in 6 months my order wasn’t ready, I did make it to 4 times before I complained lol

Love this place but last time I was here wasn't so pleasant I recently started using the app to savetime, when I picked up my most recent order they only made the acai bowl after stating that I got a turmeric shot also with a fresher they said I was wrong I had to pull out my app then they confirmed I then waited about 3-5 minutes for the rest of my order. The acai bowl portion was also smaller than usual But I just didn't say anything.

Ordered drink via app and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the store AFTER my pick-up time and my drink was still not ready. I added an immunity boost to my juice and it was not mixed into the drink. I wish I could take my tip back.

It was a most delicious smoothie. I truly appreciate the free smoothie for signing up.

Get the Greenie with 2 scoops of protein powder… so refreshing and not sweet at all

My order was missing a few add ins that I paid for. Otherwise, food was good

The mango smoothie was not good at all, the texture was weird! we usually like all the smoothies but this one we had to throw out.

I live near the Torrance Nekter location but the quality and service is inconsistent (not up to par, the same juice can taste wildly different from order to order, the staff seems a little put out/unhappy and the store doesn’t seem clean). I go out of my way to the Redondo location. The store is clean, the staff friendly and engaged and my order is always right and consistent (tastes the same each time as expected). The staff at Redondo seems well managed, motivated and happy which makes a big difference- thanks

My order unfortunately wasn't ready when I arrived. I had placed it thru the app. Also the item I had ordered wasn't full filled in time and it didn't seem to have all the ingredients I had asked for.
