Went to the store 20 min after ordering online. Store was short staffed (one person) and did not have a ticket for my order. She made my order very quickly, but it took much longer than anticipated. Your employee did a great job handling some tough circumstances.

It took 35 minutes to get my bowl and it wasn’t even done right. It was slushy, not creamy. I’ve had the almond butter many times to be able to tell the difference. I would not go back if this is how it’s going to be moving forward.

This location makes the best toxin flush - can actually taste the ginger whereas other locations you’ve got to wonder if they put any in!! I usually do a pre-order over the app and it’s fast and convenient.

My order was a mobile order and it was estimated to take 20 minutes. I got there at 25 minutes and they started making my bowl when I arrived...Only 2 people were in front of me i'm not sure why it took that long.

The ladies at Nékter are always quick, courteous, and professional. The quality has been keeping me coming back over and over for the berry açaí bowl with chia pudding and the mango smoothie is to die for. Nékter Redondo Beach rocks!!!
